These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nira-medical.com (the "Site") and the dental-travel coordination services provided by Nira Dental Abroad ("Nira," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Nira is a coordination and information service. We help you compare options and arrange dental treatment with independent, licensed dental professionals at vetted partner clinics, and we coordinate related travel. Nira does not practice dentistry or medicine, does not provide dental or medical care, and does not provide dental, medical, or other professional advice. All clinical care, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by independent licensed professionals who are solely responsible for the services they perform. Nira is not their agent, partner, or employer and does not control their clinical judgment.
Information on the Site — including treatment descriptions, pricing ranges, savings estimates, and educational content — is general and provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician about your specific situation. Pricing and savings figures are estimates only, are not quotes or guarantees, and vary by individual case, provider, materials, and other factors. Some procedures are irreversible; discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives with a qualified clinician before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
Any quotes or comparisons we provide are estimates based on the information available and are subject to confirmation by the treating clinic after an in-person evaluation. You contract with and pay independent clinics and providers directly for treatment and related services; Nira is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee any price, availability, outcome, or result.
Dental treatment and international travel involve inherent risks. By using the Services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume those risks, and you agree that decisions about your care and travel are yours, made in consultation with qualified professionals.
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any provider, clinic, treatment, or outcome will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nira and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from dental or medical treatment, provider acts or omissions, travel, or your use of the Services. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to Nira for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nira and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any provider or clinic.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Nira and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
The Services may reference or link to third parties, including clinics, travel providers, and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, or conduct, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nira is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved on an individual basis in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Nira regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
